The Benefits of Dr. Hypolite’s
Confidential Therapy

This is not just therapy. It’s a psychiatrist-led sanctuary created to restore, renew, and sustain high-achieving women who are ready for a different way of being.

The experiences of high-achieving women are often unseen or misunderstood, and the demands placed on women who lead are nuanced — as is the care required to sustain them.

As a high-achieving, high-performing Black woman who has navigated corporate America, academia, leadership in healthcare, and entrepreneurship, often as the “only” or “other,” trust me when I say, I get it.

My therapeutic approach recognizes the complexity, weight, pressures, and personal costs of success and achievement.

I create space for you to be seen, heard, and met with empathy that flows freely — without the need to translate, overexplain, or provide endless context to be meaningfully understood.

It’s why the impact of my care extends far beyond my clinical expertise.

My lived experiences allow me to see beyond what is said, to sense the unspoken weight of what also goes unsaid, and to hear the words you have learned to carry in silence.

This unique understanding informs every aspect of my approach, allowing our work to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you long to be.

Our work unfolds through a carefully designed process that supports your restoration, growth, and alignment with what you cherish most in life.

A Therapeutic Partnership with Dr. Hypolite Includes the Following:

  • Exclusively Dedicated Time and Space for Restoration
A weekly intentional pause for renewal, to support your sense of peace, recenter your priorities, validate your lived experiences, and maintain your well-being.

  • Comprehensive Psychiatric Expertise
In addition to therapy, you receive the intentional care of a physician who understands the full connection between mind and body.  This integrative approach promotes lasting results and helps sustain your progress, align with your wellness goals, and foster balance. Should symptoms ever intensify or new concerns arise, this integrated model allows me to identify and address them early — without disruption, delay, or the need to involve additional providers. By receiving therapy with a psychiatrist, you gain the benefit of both therapeutic depth and medical oversight, ensuring your care remains seamless, discreet, and responsive to your needs.
  • Burnout Recovery and Relapse Prevention
Targeted strategies designed to help high-achieving women recognize early signs of burnout, interrupt the cycle before relapse, and re-establish a rhythm that sustains their well-being and work over time.

  • Sustainable Self-Care and Lifestyle Strategy
I partner with you to develop sustainable self-care strategies grounded in what you need, desire, and value. This may include optimizing sleep, managing energy and stress, regulating mood, encouraging movement, setting healthy boundaries, maintaining balanced relationships with loved ones and work, and refining how you invest your energy so it nourishes rather than drains you.

"Your nervous system is not designed for constant crisis management.
Our work together helps you find sustainable peace and ease."

Who
Dr. Hypolite’s confidential Therapy is Designed
to serve

I created my practice to meet the needs of high-performing women who are ready to experience more peace, purpose, and alignment without sacrificing their success or impact.

 THE FRAMEWORK BEHIND THE TRANSFORMATION:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems

Over the past 20 years, I’ve refined a unique approach that integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into a deeply effective framework for transformation, one designed to help high-achieving women unlearn the old narratives that keep them stuck and striving and to live in alignment with what you value most.

ACT is like therapy, mindfulness, and coaching woven into one. It helps you clarify what matters most in this season of your life and take values-based action toward your goals and deepest desires. This approach is powerful because it transforms indecision, self-doubt, guilt, and unhelpful narratives into clarity, confidence, and forward movement — helping you make choices that reflect self-love rather than self-betrayal.

IFS is a transformative form of therapy that can deepen emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and self-regulation of the nervous system — often more efficiently than many other approaches. It helps you understand all the parts of your inner world, illuminating where more care and gentleness are needed. It allows healing for the parts of you shaped by past wounds and disappointments, so they no longer lead when you’re triggered.

IFS also helps quiet the harsh inner critic that too often interrupts peace and progress. It builds confidence, strengthens your connection to self-worth, and supports more consistent and intentional expressions of self-love and self-care — without clichés or toxic positivity.

My confidential therapy for women leaders
combines IFS and ACT to help my patients unlearn old narratives that keep far too many high-achieving women stuck, such as:

Replacing these outdated narratives with new, grounded truths restores, strengthens, and empowers you to become the highest version of yourself:  the woman you are called to be.

Privacy and Discretion in Dr. Hypolite's
Confidential Therapy for Women in Leadership

For women whose visibility and influence demand absolute discretion, privacy in mental health care is essential.

In addition to providing the highest quality and efficacy of care, my practice is designed with this need in mind. As a private, physician-owned micro-practice with minimal staff, your care remains entirely confidential and undisturbed by others.

Because my confidential therapy is private pay, and I do not contract with insurance companies or third-party payers, there are no additional administrative layers, reviewers, or outside entities involved in your treatment or documentation. We do not share your treatment details or diagnoses with insurance companies or healthcare reporting systems, which are not uncommonly accessed by insurance underwriters or other healthcare-related databases and third parties.

I maintain only the minimum necessary documentation required by ethical medical standards—nothing more. We only share records upon your request, and it is limited to the bare essentials.

Additionally, while there is a growing trend for clinicians to use AI platforms for medical documentation, I do not subscribe to this practice. Every note and record is written personally and privately by me, ensuring your information is never exposed to digital systems beyond your direct care.

My practice has exceptionally low staff turnover. My practice assistant works under my close supervision, does not have full access to clinical documentation, and receives regular HIPAA, confidentiality, and cybersecurity training to uphold the highest standards of privacy.

Occasionally, I may see patients in professional or social circles we both inhabit. Should that occur, I will follow your lead and greet you only as you choose. These moments are handled with the same discernment, poise, and discretion that define every aspect of my practice.

My approach provides a level of privacy and discretion that aligns with the professional and personal realities of high-achieving women—leaders, executives, and public figures who must protect not only their well-being but also the integrity of their work and the sanctity of their private lives.

Concerns about privacy should never stand between you and your well-being.
Here, you can access care that honors your need for safe and trusted spaces for support and restoration, as well as your position, your pace, and the privacy your life requires.
